QUESTION OF THE DAY
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO AT THE BEACH?  Work with your child to create a list of their favorite things to do at the beach. If your child has never been to the beach make a list of things they would want to do at the beach.

Diamond Worksheet
Work with your child to color diamond images, trace diamonds, and connect the dots to make diamonds. You can print out our diamond sheet or draw your own. While completing the task discuss the number of sides of a diamond.

BUTTERFLY BREATHING  
Today talk about how to control your emotions by using breathing techniques. You will be learning a new technique today called butterfly breathing. Your child will take deep breaths in and then release their breath slowly. While doing this breathing have your child raise their arms up and down calmly to match their breathing. Practice this technique 3 times.
