Today talk about how to control your emotions
by using breathing techniques. You will be
learning a new technique today called
butterfly breathing. Your child will take deep
breaths in and then release their breath
slowly. While doing this breathing have your
child raise their arms up and down calmly to
match their breathing. Practice this technique
