CONSCIOUS
DISCIPLINE PRETZEL BREATHING
Today we will be talking about how to control
our emotions by using breathing techniques.
You will be learning a new technique today
called the Pretzel. The children will cross
your right wrist over their left and turn
their hands so their thumbs are facing the
floor. They will then press their palms
together and interlace their fingers. Next the
child will bend their elbows out and slowly
bend their head down until their chin rests on
their chest. Lastly the child will put their
tongue on the roof of their mouth as they
breathe and relax. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xYIbvGWv5Qs
