QUESTION OF THE DAY WHAT ARE SOME THINGS WE SEE IN SUMMER? Discuss with your child some of the different things we see during the season of Summer. This can include things like flowers, the sun, certain animals and so on.	LETTER OF THE WEEK H Letter H Game Sheet Play this letter H game with your child where they decide between upper and lowercase H to color a complete picture.	NUMBER OF THE WEEK 13 Number Scramble Sheet Play a number scramble game with your child. You can print out the number scramble sheet or you can draw your own. Have your child identify only the number 13 in the scramble. After they have found the number allow them to circle it.

CONSCIOUS DISCIPLINE DRAIN BREATHING Today we will be talking about how to control our emotions by using breathing techniques. We will be practicing a technique today called the Drain. The children will extend their arms out, pretending their faucets. They will then tighten their arm, shoulder, and facial muscles followed by exhaling slowly while making a "ssshhhhh" sound and releasing all their muscles, draining out the stress.
