Play a matching game with your child using
images of different insects. Lay the pictures
face down and take turns with your child
flipping two cards over at a time to try and
find a pair. While playing the game help your
child identify the different insects.

our emotions by using breathing techniques. We
will be learning a new technique today called
bunny breathing. Your child will put up two
finger and scrunch up their nose. When taking
a breath in raise the two fingers, when
exhaling the child will lower their hand. We
