Try a new chant with your child involving
using your fingers to count backwards from 10.
"[Ten] happy moths flutter through the night
searching for a shining light. One moth said,

down until you reach zero.

Play freeze tag with your child outside. Take
turns being “it” and trying to tag each other.

bunny breathing. Your child will put up two
finger and scrunch up their nose. When taking
