APPLE PROJECT
An Experiment in Evaporation
We did this experiment as part of our study on evaporation. We started our experiment September 15. We took three different kinds of apples. For each kind we had three apples. One apple was left whole. One apple was peeled and one apple was cut into six pieces. Then we weighed the apples for two weeks using our gram scale. We recorded our findings each day.
